The LMCSD Board of Directors will meet in closed session at 4:30 PM on Monday, February 5th in Room 6 of the Learning Resource Center (2999 N 10th St, Marion) per Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(c) of the open meetings law, "to discuss strategy with counsel in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent where its disclosure would be likely to prejudice or disadvantage the position of the governmental body in that litigation".
