The Linn-Mar Board of Directors will host a meeting on Monday, May 20th at 5:00 PM in the boardroom of the Learning Resource Center (2999 N 10th St, Marion). For those wishing to attend, please park in the lot at the north end of the LRC and enter via the door under the metal awning. The boardroom is the first room on the left upon entering the building.
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE: Please note the board meeting will start off with a public hearing on the amended certified budget for fiscal year 2023-24 and the amended 2024-25 school year calendar. CLOSED SESSION NOTICE: There will also be a closed session immediately following the regular meeting per Iowa Code 21.5(1)(i), "to evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance, or discharge is being considered when a closed session is necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual's reputation and that individual requests a closed session."
