The Board of Directors, when it is deemed necessary, will seek the advice of their attorneys in all cases of special assessments against the district (i.e. paving, sewer, etc.).
The recommendations of the attorneys will be given deep consideration as they relate to the recommended action of the Board of Directors in any special assessment case.
